Questions
Is any of the analysis paid?
No. Every comparison, player search, season profile, must-stop list, share link and card is free and identical on every plan. The paid plans buy queue priority, render capacity, depth of history, saved state and delivery, never the reading itself.
What is own-client mode?
A Pro key unlocks a connect button. You register a client on your own Warcraft Logs account (a two-minute form), log in through the standard PKCE flow, and from then on every fetch runs against your own 3,600 points an hour instead of the shared budget. The analysis still happens on our server; only the fetching moves to your browser, and your token never leaves it. A Warcraft Logs subscription raises your own allowance further.
Does Pro make the results different?
No. Same numbers, same advice, same pages. Pro makes them arrive without waiting, and a run you fetch is stored for everyone after you, which is how the shared budget gets cheaper as more people go Pro.
What is a Guild seat?
A character on the guild roster. Guild comes in three sizes on one key: 5 seats for a keystone group, 10 or 20 for a raid team, and a seat costs less the bigger the team. Members enter the same key in their own browser; a seat is a saved character, not a device.
What is the sponsor card?
A small card under a result on the free tier, labelled as a sponsor, for one WoW-adjacent sponsor at a time. It is never in a PDF, never in the analysis, and never on a Pro or Guild reader's pages. While nobody has taken the spot, the card says it is open.
Is there regional pricing?
No. One global price, chosen low enough to read as fair in Turkey, Brazil, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Serbia and Thailand, where most of our readers are.
Cancelling and refunds
Monthly, 3-month, 6-month or yearly, no trial: the free tier is the trial. The discount grows with each step of commitment: 6% at three months, 11% at six, 17% at a year. Cancel any time from the customer portal, signing in with the email you paid with, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds within 14 days of a purchase, no reason needed.
What "unlimited tooltips" means, and whether it means anything to you
On most World of Warcraft sites, hovering an item or spell link pops up a box with its stats. Those boxes come from Wowhead, so when Wowhead does not load for you, they fail everywhere: on Raider.IO, Warcraft Logs, Icy Veins, Method, Raidbots and the rest. Wowhead's operator stopped serving several countries, so for players there the whole web turns into a wall of bare links.
Our browser extension fetches those boxes through our own server and puts them back. It is free, up to 500 tooltips a month, which is more than most players use. A subscription removes the count.
If Wowhead opens normally where you play, this part is worth nothing to you and you should not pay for it. Buy a plan for Keystone Delta, and treat the tooltips as a spare tyre.
What Pro is not
It is not an unlimited tap on Warcraft Logs, because nobody can sell you that. Warcraft Logs gives every API client an hourly allowance, and reading a run costs some of it. What a subscription changes is whose allowance you spend: instead of queueing behind everyone else on ours, you run on your own, which in practice is around 25 comparisons an hour of runs nobody has read yet, and you are never waiting for a stranger.
A run somebody has already read costs nothing at all, for you and for them, which is why the tool gets cheaper to use as more people use it. Repeat readings of your own season are free too: it is kept once it has been read.
If you ever do run into your own hourly limit, the page says so plainly and tells you when it resets. It has never been a wall in practice; an evening of reading your own keys does not come close to it.
Where one key works
A Pro key covers three browsers and one Warcraft Logs client. Three so that a desktop, a laptop and a second browser are never a problem; one client because Warcraft Logs asks that a person keeps to a single set of credentials, and we would rather not push anyone into breaking that.
A Guild key covers its seats on both counts, because there each seat is a different person with their own account.
A browser you have not used for 45 days gives its place back on its own. If you are ever stuck, [email protected] frees a slot in a minute.
Lost your key?
Enter the address you paid with and I will send it again. The answer here is the same either way, so this cannot be used to find out who has a subscription.
Already subscribed? Manage or cancel your subscription, view invoices and update your payment method in the customer portal; sign in with the email address you paid with. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for. Anything the portal will not do, [email protected] will, within three business days.
